What this is

LocalPeak is a digital marketing service: websites, search rankings, advertising, reviews and reputation, email marketing, and monthly reporting, described in detail on this site. Browsing this site or submitting the audit form does not create a paid engagement by itself. A paid engagement starts only once we both agree to it directly.

The free audit

Requesting a free rank audit does not enroll you in anything or obligate you to buy anything. It is a video we record and send you, nothing more.

No guaranteed rankings

Google decides rankings, not us. We do real, ongoing work and report on it every month, but we cannot promise a specific rank, review count, or result, and you should be careful with anyone who does.

Ownership

If you become a client, everything stays yours: your Google Business Profile, your listings, any local content or pages we build for you. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.

How engagements work

Paid engagements are month-to-month, not a long-term contract, with one flat setup fee and one monthly management fee as posted on the Pricing page. Specific billing details are agreed on directly when an engagement starts, not processed through this website.

Cancellation and refunds

Engagements are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time by telling us in writing (email works). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for; we finish that month's work and nothing renews after it.

We do not prorate or refund a month that has started. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.

When an engagement ends, everything that is yours stays yours, exactly as described under Ownership above, and we hand over anything we hold for you.

Using this site

The audit form is for real businesses requesting a real audit. Please do not use it to submit spam, someone else's information without their consent, or automated bulk submissions.

Content ownership

The text, design, and code of this website belong to LocalPeak. Please do not copy it for a competing service.

No warranty

This website and the general information on it are provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on the general information published here, as opposed to a specific paid engagement, which is governed by its own agreement between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
